Over the weekend I was browsing Pinterest when I came across cleaning tips and tricks, and how to get organized. Beautifully designed daily checklists, calendars, a recipe book, and my favorite: a basket of cleaning supplies for each room in your house. As I scrolled, I was engulfed in the thought of actually having TIME to look through a recipe book and design cute little baskets to put in every room of my house. Heck, in the winter I have to pencil in a five hour block just to make Grandma’s cookies! By the time I looked up from my phone, I realized two hours had passed and I still had a sink full of dishes and a house that needed me. I spent so much time organizing my house in my head via Pinterest, I had to take a bubble bath to soak my sore muscles. I am constantly in awe of homemakers who have the time and energy to do these things and even blog about it! Unfortunately, if your like me… as much as you would love to be Susie Homemaker, you simply don’t have the time.
